Stick to的意思是坚持紧随呆在…近旁遵守（诺言、协议、决定、原则等）遵循（规则）

而stick with是坚持的意思。这两个的词组使用的介词不同，这两个词的汉语意思也完全不同。

而且stickto和stick with的区别还在于stick 之后的那个单词，with之后要接动名词。

stickto和stickwith的区别

1、Stick to:

字面意思：粘着

The gum is stuck to my shoe.

香糖粘我鞋上了。

比喻意义：坚持做什么或者使用什么，尤其是在一个困难的情况下。

2、 stuck with(someone or something):被……纠缠无法摆脱

E.g.Well， I want to go out to see a movie but I am stuck with the homework tonight.

我真地很想出去看电影，但是我被作业缠身。（痛哭状）

guess we’re stuck with each other.

我们现在互相纠缠着。
